What is your work background?
I’ve always worked in very customer focussed environments. Mostly in hospitality and catering.
Where did you work before the Corn Exchange?
Most recently I’ve come from an assistant managers role at an award winning, sustainable organic restaurant. Previous to that, I was co-running a family business in the catering industry. Baking fresh baguettes before the birds had started to sing.
What does a typical day at work look like?
Honestly every day has been different so far!
What do you enjoy most about your job?

What inspires you to do your job?
I’m really passionate about all things creative and delivering an amazing customer experience. It stays with you when you experience great customer service. I also find inspiration in other people’s passion determination, and this organisation has that in spades. I’m always motivated by other people’s drive
What advice would you give someone who wants to work in theatre/the arts?
