Digital classes, workshops and more w/c 8 June

Arji's Poetry Jam - interactive session via Crowdcast at 1pm
These workshops, designed by poet Arji Manuelpillai, will inspire you and introduce you to writing poetry in a way you didn’t think possible. These sessions also feature speakers including world class comedians, child psychotherapists, yoga teachers, scientists, actors and many more. This week's jam is all about play as we connect with Goldmith’s researcher and Lecturer Kevin Davidson. He specialises in understanding play, pushing for it to be an integral part of our education system. For years Arji has been interested in the connection between poetry and play and this workshop explores ways to find playfulness in the creative process, connecting with the inner child and rediscovering the joy of language. Places need to be booked in advance by 9am on the day of the session.
